The Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage Holds Intensified Courses to Develop the Capabilities of its Young Leaders

As part of a project to develop and rehabilitate the skills of the leaderships, the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), represented by the General Administration of Human Resources, held two training courses. The first covered communication methods with superiors and subordinates and the other was aimed at developing the management of projects the commission is planning to implement in all areas of the Kingdom.

These courses are considered the start of a project to develop and rehabilitate the skills of the commission's employees at second, third and fourth levels. The General Administration of the Human Resources aims at exploring leadership skills and rehabilitating them through specialized programs to enable them to hold leadership positions in the future. The program is a continuation of "Badeel Program" and is among the strategic goals of the commission to invest in young human resources to make a difference and contribute to developing the tourism sector, realizing the Kingdom's renaissance and achieving the Saudi Vision 2030.

The second course, related to the Project Management Professional (PMP), is a joint initiative between the Projects Office and the Public Administration of Human Resources, and aims at training and rehabilitating current project managers with basic and ample knowledge in the field of project management that can help them make proper decisions during the various phases of the project. Three training programs will be held by choosing competent project managers and training them on an intensified program to enable them to receive a certified project manager license.
