The Ministry of Tourism enables the public and website users to view and download open data, which may be used under their own responsibility and in adherence to relevant terms and regulations. By viewing or using the Ministry of Tourism’s open data, you acknowledge that you have read these Open Data Usage Terms & Conditions and pledge to abide by them:
- When reusing the Ministry of Tourism’s open data, users shall ensure they do not introduce errors affecting the content, source, or integrity of the data.
- Open data users shall commit not to distort, alter, or misrepresent the Ministry of Tourism’s open data or its source.
- Open data users agree not to use the information in a manner that implies they represent an official body, or that they have permission to disseminate or publish that specific data.

Additionally, the Ministry of Tourism is not responsible or accountable for any decisions, damage or misuse to which individuals or entities may be exposed because of using any data published by the Ministry of Tourism’s. The Ministry also does not guarantee the continued availability of this data or any part of it. The Ministry also does not bear any responsibility towards the users of this data or any damage, misunderstanding or loss that may be caused due to its reuse.
