Innovation Idea Submission Service
The Ministry of Tourism's Innovation Platform is a digital gateway open to all stakeholders in the tourism sector—hospitality owners, travel agencies, service providers, investors, and individuals. The platform allows users to submit innovation proposals and technical ideas and track their development through the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, with the aim of transforming creative ideas into viable initiatives that support digital transformation and enhance the competitiveness of the tourism sector.
Steps

Login: Access the portal via the National Unified Access system. An account is automatically created upon first login as the "Applicant."

Submitting the Proposal: Select "Submit a New Innovation Application" and fill out the form: Idea Title, Problem, Proposed Solution, Expected Benefits, Technical Category, Priority, and Estimated Budget. The draft can be saved and returned to later.

Review and Evaluation: The innovation team reviews the application and decides whether to approve, reject, or request additional information. All updates appear immediately in the activity log.

Development Stages: An accepted proposal progresses through the development timeline: Research and Study → Proof of Concept → Prototype → Beta.
