Requirements
The applicant must be a Saudi national, or a non-Saudi who owns the property unit subject of the licensing.
Provide an electronic title deed, or an electronic lease contract, proof of the right to use the property unit subject of the licensing.
The co-owners of the shared property where the private tourism accommodation facility is located must not object to daily rentals.
The facility must be located within a property designated for residential, agricultural, or mixed residential-commercial use.
The applicant grants the Ministry full authorization to share their data with the relevant government entities for the purpose of completing the licensing requirements on their behalf.
