Requirements
A valid commercial registration that includes the required ISIC activity codes: Travel and Tourism Agencies (791101) and for General Travel and Tourism Services (791101, 791223).
A valid license issued by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing or the competent authority, such as the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, for businesses operating through an office, and for services provided through a platform, a valid e-commerce authentication from the Saudi Business Center is required, and If services are provided through both an office and a platform, both the license and e-commerce authentication are required.
Submission of proof of the right to use the trademark issued by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, if applicable.
A final and unconditional bank guarantee issued to the Ministry by a locally licensed bank, which may not be cancelled except by an official letter from the Ministry. The guarantee must state the facility's unified number (beginning with 70) and must remain valid for the full required license period plus an additional 60 days. The guarantee amount for this category is SAR 50,000.
