Yes. You can submit a land for tourism investment, with one condition, of the land exceeding 35K sqm. Users who can submit a land:

1. The landowner

2. Real estate broker acting on behalf of the landowner

3. Real estate company acting on behalf of the landowner

To submit a land, you will need to have the following:

1. The land area must be greater than 35,000 sqm

2. Availability of a title deed

3. Location within an eligible destination currently include Jeddah, Asir region, Taif, Al-Ahsa, Hail, Al-Qassim region

4. If you're submitting as a broker or a company, you need to have a valid FAL license and the power of attorney

No. The land must be located within one of the currently eligible geographic areas.

No. The land can be submitted by a real estate broker or real estate company on the owner's behalf.

The application will be sent to the landowner for approval before proceeding.

The landowner receives a notification regarding the registration of their land for tourism investment and can log in to Tourism.sa to review the submitted information and approve or reject the request.

The submission will not proceed, and the broker or real estate company will be notified of the rejection.

Yes. You can save the application as a draft and return to complete it before final submission.

The following requirements for submitting the land apply:

1. Land Location: National Address or location on the map

2. Land Deed: Copy of the land ownership deed

3. Owner Identification: Copy of the owner's National ID/Iqama. If there is more than one owner, the ID of at least one owner is required

4. Land Details and Photos: Land specifications and 5 different photos of the land

5. For Real Estate Brokers: Copy of the broker's National ID/Iqama, FAL License, copy of the Power of Attorney for the land

6. For Real Estate Companies: FAL License, copy of the Power of Attorney for the land, Commercial Registration (CR)
